It's a new day and even though I don't have many followers I'm going to update.

When you get your Maternity Pictures done with us if you would like you can also get your newborn baby's first pictures with us. I would really like to take the newborn pics with in the first 15 days of your new one being here. We can do this shoot at your home so that you and baby are the most comfortable that you can be. so when we do your Maternity shoot let me know of your due date so I can stay available to take your baby and family pics. (I've been there and especially with your first it takes some time to get used to.) with this package you will get 1 hour of Maternity shoot and a 1 to 2 hour Baby with Family shoot. edits and a CD with full release
(the Maternity shoot is on location of your choice. and the baby with family can be as well if you would rather not have it at your home)

Kinds of Photos we would love to do for you include:
Newborn, Infant, Senior, Family, Maternity, Engagement. and any others you can think of besides weddings.

We have a Couple ways that we can figure the pricing. Were going to try out both ways and see if one is liked more then the other.

...Photography Pricing

40 photos $50
80 photos $75
125 photos $100
All images $125
If your wanting any photo's edited with the top packages there will be an extra Fee depending on how many Photo's you are wanting edited.

Or

Package 1+1=2
1 Hour, 1 Location, 2 Outfit changes No edits $40
Package 2+2=4
2 Hours, 2 locations 4 outfit changes, 10 edits $70
Package 3+3=6
3 Hours, 3 locations 6 outfit changes $85
Basic retouching is included with this option along with some graphic design choices like mixed color and black and white on the same image or multiple images.

We can do any location you would like as long as it is inside the Hutchinson City Limits.

Each Package comes comes with a Cd of your Photos and a Release so that you can print them.

There is a $10 Cancellation Fee that will be Charged if you cancel within 24 hours of the appointment time. Reschedules are Excluded from this fee.

You can have unlimited people in your photo shoot for no extra fees. bring your animal and whatever props you would like in your photos and we will work in any ideas you want to try its "YOUR" photo shoot. I'm just here to Capture your memories!

WELL!?!?!?

Well I got the Facebook page up and running. Hopping to get some pics of the kids today or tomorrow. so I have some more to put up. after I edit them. really want to take the Family to Dillon Nature Center to snap some photos but its just been so hot here that it would prob be miserable for us all.
Kaidence is 9 months old now and I need to def get some pics of him soon.
Really want to get a couple shoots set up. with real clients. and not just my kiddo's.

its a new day

its a new day here and I'm still trying to get everything set up and going for this business adventure that I'm going to try. still working on a price list. found the business cards that I want to get but things happen and I can get them right now. hopefully soon.

were going to have to get new brakes first. but thats life. and lately if its not one thing its another.

was looking and found the new camera I would love to invest in for this business adventure but would like to make a few sales and such to know if this is even worth my time.  somedays I don't feel like I should be trying to do anything new. and that I should just stick with the things that I know. but hopefully this is going to work out for me.

back to pricing and such: I know the kinds of things that I want to offer. and I know that I want to keep it reasonably priced and that for right now in the home that were in I can't really do it here so will have to do on location unless people want just a plain white or maroon background. and I know that as of right now this year since we only have one car there is no way that I want to do weddings right now. maybe later in the future I can bring that in. I also know that I don't want to offer any prints right now. at least not till I can get a printer that could keep up with it.  and can stay on top of ink prices.  so right now I will just be offering to do edits and a certain amount of photos for the selected price. but the real question is should I include how many outfits and locations in that price or should I do u can select this package or that package with this edits. or 2 locations. is what I'm trying to figure out. 

here's to hoping this works out and hopefully I will have my pricing up soon. and maybe someone would love to get their photos taken by me.

Getting started

I'm trying to work on starting a photography business this is going to be where I log the details of how everything is going.

I think It was yesterday I finished making my logo with the help of melliburger from www.cafemom.com she was a ton of help. she game me some great ideas to bring it all together. 

a few days before that I made my water mark that I will use on my photos.

I have a ton of photos that I need to edit so I can start putting them up so people can see my work.

and Yesterday I started working on my price sheet. still working on it got to figure out what will work the best for me. and make the prices affordable for the average family. I don't want to charge more then what I would think would be reasonable to pay someone. especially since I'm just an amateur photographer. hope I can get some followers on here.

I also started a Facebook business page but haven't published it yet so no one can see it yet.
